If you want to contact us, please take a few seconds and check out the best way to do it her. Just sending us an IM might not be the best way to get a speedy reply.

Service Requests

If you have any requests for tree removal, cutting or combining parcels, available land with special characteristics etc. it is best when you send them to land@otherland-group.com

If you prefer not to use email, please send those requests to Sylvia Sonoda, Mikayla Gillespie or Ghoti Nyak, our estate managers inworld, over the internal instant messenger system of Second Life.

General questions

If you have any questions regarding THE OTHERLAND GROUP or the land we are selling please try to contact one of the above-mentioned estate managers inworld. We can not guarantee 24/7 service currently, but one of us is usually available any time of the day.

We all get a lot of IMs, so it is possible that some get lost when we are not inworld, we crash or delivery is capped because there were to many. So it is usually even better to send us an email to land@otherland-group.com.

Asking a huge favor; puhleeeeeese ...

... if you contact any of us inworld (via IM), please say more than just "Hi!" (even if you want to talk and not "leave a message".) Please include some short description why you want to talk to us. This makes it a lot easier finding the right person. And you might get the needed feedback much faster this way. :)
